At Vishnu's Smart Info, we are committed to delivering high-quality NEET preparation. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling.

1. All Sales Are Final

All course, package, test series and mentorship purchases are final. Once a purchase is completed and course access is granted, the fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, lack of time, or failure to use the course.

2. Before You Enroll

We encourage you to review the course details, curriculum, schedule and pricing, and to contact us on WhatsApp at 9490466301 for any clarification before making a payment.

3. Payment Failures & Technical Issues

In the rare case of a genuine technical error — such as an amount debited without course access being granted, a duplicate payment, or a failed transaction — please contact us within 48 hours with your payment details. Verified cases will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. No Cancellation After Access

Once course/package access has begun, enrollment cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued, except as stated in Section 3.
